Position Summary
Responsibilities
- Process full-cycle bi-weekly payroll (for salaried and hourly employees) for the US entity
- Review payroll transactions entered into the system including new hires, terminations and salary increases
- Calculate termination payments and manual payroll adjustments and enter one time payments into the system
- Communicate with the HR department and other internal stakeholders to ensure pay and employee records are accurate and up-to-date
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, payslips, and deductions.
