The Sr Process Engineer is responsible for leading, managing or performing the mechanical engineering operations of the organization. Activities may involve various branches and implementations of the engineering profession, for example electronic, environmental or metrology engineering in the packing areas.

Core Responsibilities
- Equipment & Process Engineering Leadership: Own the technical development, standardization, and optimization of new and existing equipment, acting as the technical work with suppliers and ensuring alignment with execution standards and processes.
- Testing, Validation & Scientific Analysis: Plan and implement verification, validation, and testing activities,



including design of new implementations to evaluate the impact of process variables (e.g., temperature, humidity, materials) and define robust processing windows within quality standards.
- Digital & Engineering Tool Development: Develop, maintain, and improve value-adding digital and engineering tools (e.g., tolerance calculations, analysis methods) that support data-driven decision-making and process robustness.
- Continuous Improvement & Best Practices: Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives across equipment, materials, and processes, giving to large and complex improvements while also identifying enhancement opportunities beyond own functional scope.
- Promote an inclusive learning environment by mentoring colleagues and sharing expertise throughout the value chain. Achieve results by fostering strong team performance and collaboration across functions.
