CIMMYT is looking for an outstanding, self-motivated, and result-oriented professional for the position of HR Business Partner to work in the Global Mobility area of the Human Resources department. The HR Business Partner will be part of the Global Mobility and Internationally Recruited Staff (IRS) team, providing strategic HR advisory services.



The role requires a proactive professional with strong international HR expertise, capable of partnering with leaders and managing complex employee relations in a global context and act as a trusted advisor to leaders and staff, ensuring an excellent employee experience while supporting organizational goals in a diverse, international environment.
The location of this position will be CIMMYT’s headquarters in Texcoco, near Mexico City.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partnerships and Global Mobility
- Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to program leaders, aligning staffing strategies with organizational goals and promoting internal and integral mobility solutions.
