Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, strategic recommendations, and decision-making support
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes to drive business performance and resource allocation
- Analyze financial results, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to optimize outcomes
- Develop and maintain performance reporting, dashboards,
and early-warning indicators to support proactive decision-making
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data while driving continuous improvements in forecast quality
- Evaluate investments, projects, and business cases through robust financial analysis and profitability assessments
- Streamline reporting processes and implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and business value
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis within a complex organization
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and partner effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions
- Experience supporting strategic planning, investment evaluations, and performance management processes
- Fluency in English with strong communication and pres
