We’re looking for a Sr. Logistics Analyst who enjoys hands‑on work in a fast‑paced, operations‑focused environment. This is a hybrid role, with regular on-site work at our distribution center in Cuautitlán Izcalli, balanced with time working remotely based on business needs. At Mozarc Medical, this role supports the movement of critical medical products by partnering with third‑party logistics (3PL) providers and internal teams to ensure reliable, high‑quality logistics execution.
What You’ll Do
Support and optimize logistics operations in partnership with 3PL providers
Manage the flow of raw materials and finished goods from suppliers through manufacturing and customer delivery
Monitor inventory levels and replenishment activities to support service and accuracy goals
Support distribution and transportation operations, identifying and resolving delivery or service issues and tracking KPIs
Collaborate with manufacturing, suppliers, and internal teams to support business needs
Contribute to process improvements and logistics projects to improve efficiency and quality

Must‑Have Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (or international equivalent meeting U.S. H‑1B requirements)
4+ years of logistics or supply chain experience (or 0 years with an advanced degree)
Prior experience working with a 3PL required
Experience with distribution operations, inventory management, and transportation / freight coordination
Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
Strong attention to detail, quality‑focused, and able to work independently
Nice‑to‑Have
Experience in manufacturing or regulated environments
Familiarity with logistics systems (ERP, WMS, TMS, EDI, SAP, Oracle)
Exposure to continuous improvement or operational projects
