About the role
As a Specialist, Distribution Centers Order Management, you will drive Distribution Centers on-time-delivery for the HVAC business in North America. Partnering closely with SIOP, Customer Services, and Manufacturing,



you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient order management to optimize revenue recognition while delivering world-class customer satisfaction. In this onsite role in Monterrey, MX, you will orchestrate process optimization and daily execution for order management across Transportation and multiple Distribution Centers in the United States, Mexico, and Canada.

Key Responsibilities
As a Specialist, Distribution Centers Order Management, you'll be responsible for:
• Drive customer on-time-delivery and past due metrics, aligned with customer expectations, while championing a customer-centric culture.
• Proactively identify orders that will be at risk, driving actions to mitigate, and prioritize units in-transit allocated to customer orders.
• Partner with customer services to manage escalations and priorities, and align daily and monthly capacity with SIOP and Distribution Centers.
