About the role
The Quality Leader leads the execution of quality engineering objectives and oversees the daily activities of the quality function. This role is responsible for driving product and process quality, developing team capabilities, managing customer quality concerns,



and promoting a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. The position serves as a key liaison between customers, operations, and other Carrier sites to ensure product reliability, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervising the resolution of customer-reported nonconformities and quality issues, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Leading the implementation and maintenance of test, inspection, and quality control plans to ensure product and process reliability.
- Managing risk identification and mitigation activities using core quality methodologies such as PFMEA, MSA, Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, and PPAP/APQP elements.
- Directing escape management activities, root cause investigations, and corrective action plans for product and process-related issues.
