Description
You will have a significant impact on optimizing HR processes, enhancing employee experience, and driving HR's digital transformation journey, contributing to the success and effectiveness of Honeywell Aerospace's overall operations. Ensure operations are compliant with current government law and regulations, as well as with Honeywell Aerospace policies. Leads a range of projects that have high visibility and vary in scope and complexity for ongoing work operations, assist in wellness initiatives, supports benefit administration for acquired / divested employees, and supports the annual benefit enrollment process. Manages inputs to payroll including audits & reconciliations, partners with vendors for the operation of the various plans, interacts, and influences diverse internal key stakeholders, develops, and refines operating procedures, drives continuous improvement focusing on the key Honeywell Aerospace initiatives of an excellent user experience of right & fast.

Responsibilities




- Provide precise end-to-end execution of HR services and processes to support strategic objectives.
- Liaison with our third-party vendors supporting LAR benefits for our active population.
- Play a critical role in the planning and execution of annual enrollment and post-enrollment activities.
- Partner with Legal and Corporate Compensation & Benefits leaders on executing total well-being initiatives – case and plan reviews, recommendations for communications, plan elimination, ensuring plan and participant data accuracy, etc.
- Manage ServiceNow (SNOW) cases ensuring timely and accurate responses back to participants.
- Build easy and intuitive processes to enable right and fast delivery of benefit solutions.
- Research files, escalations, appeals, plan information, etc. leveraging multiple data sources, conducting data analysis, and communicating findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
