Manages the company´s corporate real estate portfolio and provides accompanying workplace services.
- Real Estate Services: Ensure professional property + facility management, supporting health + safety + ergonomics, performing project + move management on demand, space planning, and management of critical infrastructure.
- Controlling: Planning and monitoring of budgets and cost development of all related costs. Proactive identification and implementation of cost saving potentials.
- Third Party Management: Ensure the adherence to the TPA governance process for your direct area of responsibility. Provide oversight and Subject Matter Expertise across the business and functions on the policy, supporting tools (CBRA), roles and responsibilities, and annual risk assessments
- Corporate Services: Manage a portfolio of services around A/V equipment, document management, record management, fleet management, mail distribution, reception, mobile telephony & more.
- Health, Safety + Environment:
Support HR to review the HSE policy ensuring it is compliant. Provide regular H&S; training to the local business. Ensure sustainability for the benefit of the environment in the areas of energy, waste, emissions, digitalisation and above.
- Security Services: Adherence of standards in access control systems and CCTV
- Business Continuity Services: Compliance with all general requirements regarding BCP, BIA, Disaster Recover, IMT, including all mandatory documentation, trainings, and exercise plans.
