Your New Role
The Warner Bros Discovery Procurement General Senior Analyst is responsible for assisting in the quality assurance and compliance activities resulting in increased accuracy of the source-to-contract process. This role works closely with the procurement team, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to drive efficiency in the source to pay process.
The candidate for this position should possess strong knowledge and understanding of the procurement and contract process. This position will report to the Director for Procurement Global Process Owner.
Your Role Responsibilities:
- Guide the business through the end-to-end source to contract process ensuring that our business units are compliant with our policies and procedures
- Collaborate with key departments and business units to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
- With support from manager, maintain source to contract processes documentation and ensure that they are up to date
- Independently address moderately complex requests and tasks with stakeholders.
- Lead small projects and initiatives by coordinating and tracking the completion of tasks.
- Support work prioritization and long-term planning activities.
