Role Definition:
Implements comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives, with a strong focus on talent development and strategic workforce readiness. This role provides expert guidance on HR policies and practices while leading talent review governance and facilitation, succession planning for critical roles, bench strength monitoring, and development planning and upskilling at the framework and design level. The position champions a culture of continuous learning, employee engagement,



and professional growth by providing calibration frameworks and tools, supporting executive coaching, and enabling strategic talent decisions that identify, nurture, and retain high-potential talent to drive organizational success.

Responsibilities:
- Partnering with management as a strategic advisor to identify and prioritize HR initiatives, with an emphasis on talent development programs that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
- Designing and implementing HR policies and programs for the business unit or region that promote employee engagement, retention, performance, and robust career development pathways.
- Acting as a trusted coach to leaders and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, compensation, benefits, and talent development strategies such as succession planning, mentoring, and leadership development.
