* Lead and manage testing team, providing guidance and mentorship to team
members.
* Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and plans tailored to
P&C; insurance applications.
* Design, execute, and maintain detailed test cases and test scripts based on
business requirements and technical specifications.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and
ensure thorough testing coverage.
* Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with the client's
development teams to ensure timely resolution.
* Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not impacted
by new changes.
* Design/update/execute automated test scripts to validate the user stories and
ensure adequate test coverage
* Work with the automated regression team to make sure scripts are updated in
the common automation repository
* Provide detailed reports on testing progress, coverage, and results to
stakeholders.
* Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance
efficiency and effectiveness.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in functional testing
and P&C; insurance.
What you’ll bring:
* 5+ years of experience in the P&C; insurance industry.
* Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best
practices.
* Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, ADO or similar.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work
effectively in a collaborative team environment.
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
