Senior Sales Executive – General Business Development - Mexico

At Green Matters Technologies Inc., we develop environmentally sustainable products designed to reduce energy consumption and improve efficiency within the HVAC marketplace.
We are entering an important stage of growth and are looking for a Senior Sales Executive who can help expand our presence internationally.

This is not a role for someone looking to manage an existing territory or maintain established accounts. We are looking for someone who enjoys building — someone who can identify opportunities, create relationships, and develop new markets from the ground up.

The primary focus of this position will be expanding Green Matters’ presence throughout Mexico. This individual will introduce our solutions to new markets, develop strategic partnerships, and build relationships with commercial, industrial, and institutional organizations that can benefit from improved energy efficiency.

The right person for this role is naturally curious, driven, and comfortable operating independently. You know how to start conversations,



navigate complex organizations, and create momentum where a formal path may not already exist.

You will work directly with Green Matters’ leadership team and have the opportunity to play a significant role in the company’s continued growth.

This position is remote with a home base in Mexico.

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategies to expand Green Matters’ presence within Mexico.
• Identify, create, and secure new business opportunities by building relationships with prospective customers, partners, and industry leaders.
• Establish strategic partnerships that support market entry, accelerate adoption, and drive long-term growth.
• Build trusted relationships with executives, developers, engineers, consultants, and key decision-makers within commercial, industrial, and institutional organizations.
• Manage opportunities throughout the entire sales process, from initial out
