We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on Sales Cloud to support a leading insurance platform. In this role, you will develop enhancements, resolve production issues, maintain data integrity, and build reconciliation reports for Salesforce integrations while collaborating directly with business stakeholders.

Requirements

4+ years of Salesforce development experience.




Strong Sales Cloud experience.
Advanced Apex (Triggers, Batch Apex, Asynchronous Processing).
Lightning Web Components (LWC).
SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce Flows.
SFDX, Git, and CI/CD deployment tools.
REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth 2.0, Connected Apps.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security.
Excellent English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Platform Events and Change Data Capture (CDC).
Event-driven architecture experience.
Salesforce Platform Developer I (Developer II is a plus).
Insurance industry experience.

Important Notes

Advanced Apex experience is mandatory.
Sales Cloud experience is required (Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud alone is not sufficient).
Experience with SFDX and CI/CD is required (Change Sets only are not acceptable).
Candidates should be available to start immediately or on short notice.
This role requires direct interaction with client stakeholders in English
