Our challenge
We are seeking an experienced Production Support / Service Management Consultant – Payments to join our team. This role will support the GPS Technology function delivering payment solutions for a corporate client base. The focus will be on supporting the client, which manages the end-to-end payment process from payment engine to gateway systems for cross-border and cross-currency payments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining service stability by triaging and resolving incidents, restoring services quickly, and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders. In partnership with software engineering and infrastructure teams, this role will also support system enhancements, infrastructure reliability, and automation-led toil reduction.
The Role & Responsibilities:
Respond to user queries related to system/service usage and regulatory requirements.
Act as service recovery manager for incidents, coordinating resolver groups to restore services as quickly as possible.
