Solugenix is seeking an IT Recruiter responsible for full life cycle recruiting with a primary focus on identifying and hiring IT talent. You will source, screen, and interview applicants for current and future job openings as well as coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on IT, technology, or technical roles.
Proven experience recruiting for a variety of IT positions, including software developers, engineers, analysts, project managers, cloud professionals, cybersecurity specialists, and infrastructure roles.
Strong understanding of IT technologies, technical skill sets, and industry terminology.
Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
Experience working in a staffing agency, consulting environment, or Managed Service Provider (MSP).




Ability to conduct candidate screenings and assess technical qualifications against job requirements.
Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Work with the Director of Talent Acquisition and Account Owners to understand hiring objectives and strategize on successful candidate recruitment.
Participate in intake calls with hiring managers and Account Managers
Identify required qualifications, skill competencies, and necessary experience for job openings.
Source, qualify, and interview applicants using various recruiting strategies, techniques, tools, and job portals to assess suit
