We are seeking a Senior Production Support Specialist to support and maintain critical Cross Border and Cross Currency Payments applications and services. The role is responsible for ensuring high availability, stability, and performance of payment systems, while managing incidents, problem resolution, root cause analysis, and stakeholder communication across business and technology teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in production support, payments operations, transaction monitoring, issue troubleshooting, and incident management, with a solid understanding of international payment flows, SWIFT, FX/currency processing, and banking operations.
