Responsabilities.





Business Transformation & Growth Enablement
Support delivery of business transformation initiatives that improve scalability, speed, and service effectiveness
Partner with Operations and functional teams to redesign processes that enable growth and operational leverage
Translate ideas and strategic priorities into actionable pilots and transformation initiatives
Innovation & Experimentation
Support identification, intake, and shaping of innovation opportunities (process, service, automation, digital)
Coordinate and support pilots and proof‑of‑concepts, working closely with CI and Automation teams
Track pilot outcomes, lessons learned, and business impact to inform scaling decisions
Promote a mindset of continuous improvement, experimentation, and learning
Transformation Execution & Initiative Management
Manage execution of assigned transformation initiatives from concept to delivery
Track milestones, risks, dependencies,
