Core Responsibilities
Lead and manage a Customs Brokerage operation for a dedicated team within the MX region. Ensure strong technical expertise, operational execution, and customs compliance. Manage service execution, staff evaluations, and provide coaching and mentoring to team members. Monitor financial performance and improve operational metrics.
Requirements
Experience in customs brokerage operations management. Strong understanding of customs compliance and regulations. Proven ability to manage teams and develop personnel. Financial acumen to oversee P&L; and control expenses.
