The Opportunity
In this role you will:
Responsible for growing a new business entity in the East Polanco area, managing a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and other organizations.
Be a DE&I; leader by being a voice for marginalized groups and create a safe and equitable working environment for everyone.
Understand and be an advocate for the Linesight culture - encouraging clarity, candor,



and openness at all levels.
Manage and develop key accounts with major corporations that have a significant capex and general presence.
Be responsible for achieving revenue targets, managing team costs, and meeting the business gross margin requirements.
Provide regular reports to senior management on accounts performance including financial performance, customer satisfaction, and other key metrics.
Be a regular voice at the Regional Senior Leadership Team meetings providing input on initiatives and business strategy.
Advocate and implement the highest standards of Health and Safety in everything we do.
Advocate for innovation, engaging in global initiatives to deliver process automation design and data gathering.
Act with integrity and conduct yourself in a proper, professional, and responsible manner.
