As a Senior Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of the hardware circuitry of controls and PCBAs that are embedded within our commercial foodservice appliances.
You will drive collaboration with cross-functional teams, leverage technical strategy and best practices, and lead the successful execution of projects. In this role, you will further develop technical subject-matter expertise while contributing significantly to MFT’s growth and innovation.
What You’ll Do
Value Analysis and Value Engineering Changes, drive cost improvement in close collaboration with Engineering on product costs
Organize, conduct VAVE to ensure design / cost effectiveness and verification of ECP (Engineering Change Process), in close cooperation with R&D; Engineer, Project Manager, Production and Source members, check for optimal feasibility and if necessary, make additions or corrections.
Product change management and its implementation in Windchill or similar tools
Evaluate components, materials, and processes for value improvement opportunities.
