Discover Your Purpose: Role Summary
As a Compensation Specialist reporting to the Compensation Lead within the Colgate Business Services (CBS) Compensation Global Team, you will manage the salary and bonus processes and the vital HR data.
You will research solutions for transactional requests and deliver critical reports to client groups to ensure data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. By executing compliance and regulatory reporting, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our compensation structures while helping to reimagine a healthier future for all.
Your Impact: Responsibilities
Lead the timely execution of annual salary and bonus cycles, ensuring a high-quality client experience and adherence to Service Level Agreement (SLA) expectations.
Manage end-to-end compensation data changes within HR systems (SAP/SuccessFactors), maintaining rigorous documentation and transaction audits.
Generate strategic reports and incentive plan modeling to support the Compensation Center of HR Expertise (COE) in making informed approval decisions.
Evaluate annual salary increases, market adjustments, and structure changes to ensure integral alignment with corporate guidelin
