About the Role




We are seeking a strategic and proactive professional to manage, scale, and support the platform hosted on Google Cloud platform. This role sits at the intersection of platform administration, program management, and strategic growth. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring platform stability, driving early adoption, enabling business teams, and executing Gemini Enterprise's global expansion.
Key Responsibilities
-Platform Operations & Administration: Maintain, optimize, and manage core system configurations, access controls, and roles to ensure the stability, performance, and security of the Gemini Enterprise platform. Oversee platform monitoring, incident management, and cost optimization.
-Program Management & EAP: Oversee and manage Early Access Program (EAP) activities. Coordinate with pilot users, gather feedback, translate it into an actionable product backlog, and drive initial adoption.
