About The Team:
We are looking for a new IT Engineer III to join our team You are a seasoned ServiceNow (SNOW) developer/engineer comfortable with advanced configuration, scripting, and integrations across the ServiceNow platform. You will focus your time on contributing your expertise in scaling our ServiceNow instance across the organization, and creating runbooks for how we handle platform upgrades, new module rollouts, and future acquisitions.
The IT Engineering team is responsible for the configuration and maintenance of Playlist enterprise-wide software systems such as email,



collaboration tools, office networks, identity & authentication, and so on. This team focuses on continual improvement and efficiency through IT automation practices and partners with the business to resolve configuration or workflow pain points. This position will report to the manager of Enterprise Security and Engineering.
The Role You’ll Play
Developing, documenting and recommending plans for improvements in our ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules
Building and configuring workflows, forms, business rules, and automations, and developing portals, scripts, and custom UIs to extend platform capabilities and improve the user experience
Ensure our ServiceNow instance adheres to our defined security baselines and governance standards, and implement continued improvement practices such as customizations, upgrades, patching, and scoped application hygiene
