As a Lead Project Management Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a
crucial role in guiding and managing projects. You will be accountable for
overseeing project activities, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and
providing guidance to project management professionals. Your strong guiding
skills, technical expertise, and ability to drive results will be essential in
delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of
stakeholders.

You will report directly to our Sr Director Program Management and you’ll work
out of our Juarez location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization by efficiently executing
projects, providing team guidance, strategic planning, quality assurance, risk
management, cost management, communication, documentation, process optimization,
issue resolution,



data thoughtfulness, mentoring and development, compliance,
and customer satisfaction. You will contribute to the organization's overall
success and performance-driven in the market.
