At MedTrainer, Associate Product Managers are not note-takers or project coordinators. They actively participate in product discovery, product delivery,
and customer problem-solving while receiving mentorship from experienced product leaders.
You'll work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to help shape healthcare software used by thousands of professionals.
What You'll Do
Partner with Product Managers to discover and validate customer needs.
Participate in customer research, feedback analysis, and product discovery activities.
Help define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Manage and refine backlog items in Jira.
Collaborate closely with Engineering and UX teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Coordinate testing activities and support feature launches.
Track product performance and help measure outcomes after release.
Document business processes, product decisions, and workflows in Confluence.
Take ownership of small-to-medium product initiatives from discovery through launch.
