The People Partners at Customer.io are advocates for our people, leveraging their skills in data analytics, change management, and industry knowledge. They use these skills to enhance Customer.io’s transformation, agility, and efficiency, delivering meaningful outcomes for both our team members and the business.
You'll work alongside a cross-functional team to support talent management, development, retention, and organizational effectiveness. Strong communication, critical thinking, and a foundation in workforce planning will set you up for success. Some things you'll do:
Support business alignment: Partner with departmental leaders to understand business needs and help develop plans that build organizational capabilities and support growth.
Performance management: Own and elevate our review cycles end to end — lead the annual and bi-annual processes, guide calibration and compensation decisions, and coach managers to build accountability and develop talent across the team.
Employee relations: Guide managers and employees through day-to-day questions and concerns with fairness and sound judgment, fostering a positive, respectf
