Principales responsabilidades
Liderar la implementación de proyectos logisticos en materia de mejora continua asegurando arranques exitosos y alineados a estándares.
Impulsar la optimización de operaciones existentes, identificando oportunidades de mejora en procesos, costos y productividad
Diseñar e implementar la estrategia de Mejora continua en sitio
Estandarizar procesos operativos y administrativos a nivel site
Liderar iniciativas de mejora continua bajo metodologías Lean, Kaizen y Six Sigma
Analizar KPIs, datos operativos y tendencias para la toma de decisiones estratégicas
Desarrollar proyectos de mejora en layout, flujos operativos, productividad y eficiencia
Asegurar cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, auditorías y sistemas de gestión (ISO, SCA, etc.(
Coordinar equipos multifuncionales (Operaciones, Ingeniería, IT, Calidad, Finanzas)
Gestionar iniciativas enfocadas en reducción de costos, mejo
