The Role
As a Middleware Platform Administrator at Kyndryl, you’ll be responsible for the administration, operation, and support of middleware platforms that enable enterprise integration, messaging, applications, and business processes. In this role, you will manage critical middleware environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability across production systems.
You will work with application servers, messaging platforms, BPM solutions, and integration technologies that support business-critical operations.



Your work will directly contribute to stable service delivery, operational excellence, and continuous improvement in complex and highly available environments.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and operate middleware platforms supporting integration, messaging, applications, and business processes in enterprise environments.
Manage, configure, and support application and web servers to ensure availability, performance, and reliability.
Provide operational support for messaging, integration, BPM, and automation platforms, including monitoring and troubleshooting.
Execute deployments, configuration changes, patches, and upgrades following ITIL best practices and change management processes.
Support critical, high-availability environments under defined SLAs, ensuring proper documentation and audit readiness.
