Join Kuehne+Nagel as a Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist (CCL) and play a key role in delivering outstanding service while coordinating import and export shipments for our customers.

How you create impact

Coordinate international ocean import and export shipments following customer SOPs and Working Instructions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring proactive communication and an exceptional customer experience.
Collaborate with origin and destination offices, operations, customs, finance, and commercial teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.




Monitor operational performance through KPIs while ensuring service quality and operational profitability.
Support customer onboarding, business implementations, and continuous process improvements.
Manage documentation, update SOPs, and ensure compliance with internal and customer requirements

What we would like you to bring

Bachelor's degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
Advanced English proficiency.
2+ years of experience coordinating international freight transportation, customs processes, customer account management, or freight forwarding operations.
Strong knowledge of ocean logistics, Incoterms, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
Excellent communication, organization, customer service mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with CRM platforms and Microsoft 365 is an advantage.
