Job Summary
The Claims Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end management of cargo claims, ensuring timely investigations,



accurate liability assessments, and fair resolutions in accordance with contractual obligations, applicable regulations, and company procedures.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this role manages a portfolio of cargo claims and collaborates closely with Operations, Customers, Carriers, Insurance Partners, Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams to drive efficient claim resolution while protecting the company’s financial interests and maintaining customer satisfaction.
The position supports global customers and requires coordination with internal and external stakeholders across multiple regions, ensuring consistent claim handling practices, effective communication, and compliance with corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned cargo claims from initial review through to final resolution.
Assess claim validity and determine liability based on contractual terms and supporting documentation.
