About the Role
CEVA Logistics Mexico is seeking an experienced and proactive QSHE Supervisor to join our
Contract Logistics team.
This role is responsible for driving excellence in Quality, Safety, Health, Security, and Environmental (QSHE) management across warehouse operations. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with corporate standards, customer requirements,



and Mexican regulatory frameworks while promoting a strong culture of safety, quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Working closely with Operations, Human Resources, Engineering, Security, and site leadership, the QSHE Supervisor will play a critical role in minimizing operational risks, strengthening compliance, supporting business continuity, and ensuring that industry best practices are consistently implemented throughout the operation.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and execution of QSHE policies, procedures, and corporate standards across warehouse operations.
Promote a proactive safety culture through leadership, employee engagement, awareness campaigns, and continuous training.
Conduct workplace inspections, safety audits, environmental assessments, and operational risk evaluations.
Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing
