Currently we are looking for our next**:Coordinador de Merchandising**
**Which is the main objective of this role?**




Responsible for development of Merchandising Equipment for Large Format Accounts. Research, collaborate and work closely with Field Sales, National Account Managers and retailers to provide solutions that that meet customers needs in terms of size, lifespan in POS and product portfolio. Also responsible for development of Customized Equipment for nontraditional clients (Away form Home segment) such as amusement parks, hotel, Cinemas, Quick service restaurants and others.
**What will you be doing?**
Coordinate and align at least 5 different teams (marketing, procurement, category management, merch operations, sales development and commercial strategy ) as well as 15 manufacturing and 8 design agencies. Integrate into the strategy solutions that help us reach sales productivity targets and that are aligned with our waste reduction objectives PepsiCo Positive.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:
Creative and design skills_ Highly creative. Strong understanding of industrial and or graphic design, manufacturing methods and materials. Sketching skills and idea presentation.
- Software_ Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop, illustrator), Microsoft Office
- Project and time management_ must be able to fullfill projects time objectives. Ability to work in a dynamic work environment, comfortable with risk and uncertainty.
- Teamwork and collaboration_ must interact with different areas and be able to lead them towards a single goal. Effectively communicate (verbally and written) with internal and external stakeholder across all levels.
- English language_ reading and writing at least medium level. Fluent in speaking
- 3- 4 years experience on project management, and design projects.
