Ceemi Agency Inc is a full service digital marketing agency specializing in helping small businesses increase their online presence. Since our inception in 2019 we have helped over 600 small business owners throughout the US.
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent to assist us in daily communication with clients. Having a digital marketing background helps but is NOT required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering incoming calls
- De-escalating upset clients
- Quarterly Development Calls with clients - this call goes over the stats from previous months. This call is meant to come up with the plan for the next quarter. We will provide all stats and docs needed but you would ultimately be communicating with the cleint
- On boarding calls - this call takes place anytime we on board a client.



Its where we get to know the client, their goals, their services, etc. We also present what we found in our initial audit and provide advice on what we feel is best for them.
- Asset collection
- Client follow ups
- Overall client management
