*Master scheduler is responsible to streamlining processes for sales and operations to maximize output efficiency as well as making use of extensive industry-based knowledge and experience to best achieve business goals.
*MPS is also responsible for the MRP stability adding requirements on lead time and maintaining the Material Master.
- Schedule, coordinate, and monitor production plan through the complete production cycle aligned to customer contracts
*Facilitate Monthly SIOP meeting. Analyze Week to week/month to month demand variations (waterfall) and provide feedback to any necessary adjustments to Demand Planning Managers and the Factory.
*Manage, slow-moving, E&O; stock utilizing established business processes and systems *Support new product launches by coordinating the schedule with the manufacturing manager and functional managers
*Standardize the tools-reports-presentations and information related to inventory & PFEP programs
*System maintenance (Material Master) and coordinate with sourcing, procurement MM data integrity
*Support Inventory actions with the supply & planning teams to comply with monthly inv. Targets
*Single PoC of Engineering Changes (Effectivity date, Phase in
- Phase out, risk of Obsolescence material)
*Communicate material supply issues proactively with all required business functions *Document gaps, risks, process gaps, Weekly Status Reports, and create training materials. Assess problem areas and provide root cause analysis, technical support and direction to site to resolve issue
*Ensure Customer’s expectations are clearly communicated and are being met within management.
*Participate and / Coordinate Continues Improvement projects
REQUIRIMENTS:
*4-7 Years related experience in Supply Chain Planning and Purchasing
*Inventory targets & PFEP Maintenance experience
*MRP/ERP Systems
*English Advanced level skills.
*Electronics manufacturing experience desirable
