**Job Description**:
- Lead the team in charge
- Mentors and trains assigned team members on internal standards for implementation planning, work plan, development, project management, system support and customer service.
- Present results on daily SCRUM Meetings and with stakeholders when needed.
- Lead the revision of new and existing BI solutions and adjust them to follow all the internal regulations including the ITM Concept.
- Collaborate with other developers to design and optimize BI solutions and PLC improvement initiatives
- Works independently.
- Participation as a lead role for co-Bots, PLCs an Robots for our plant.
- Work within a team to troubleshoot complex problems and offer automation solutions
- Proper follow up to automation projects across the plant to ensure on time delivery
- Research and bring new technologies/solutions
- KPI tracking
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelors degree in Technical field
- SCRUM development team role.
- Minimum 3 years experience in programming PLCs
- Strong analytical skills, problem solving methodologies
- Experience with PLC/IPC, networks, communications




- Ability to work in cross-functional teams with a high degree of self-initiative.
- Analytical mindset.
- Well organized.
- Excellent Project management skills.
- People management experience (MUST)
- Fluency in written & spoken English & Spanish
- Great communication (English and Spanish).
- Plus: Experience in implementation of Nexeed MES solutions (OpCon Classic, OpCon+), Robotics, Siemens, Rockwell, Festo
