POSITION SUMMARY

The Plant Controller serves as the senior finance partner for the San José
manufacturing facility, providing financial leadership, operational support, and
strategic guidance to drive plant performance. This role is responsible for
ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls,
supporting business planning processes, and partnering with operations
leadership to improve profitability, productivity, and cost performance.
