Vishay Mexico is currently seeking candidates for the position of Operational Excellence / CI Manager. This role leads Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence initiatives across the organization to improve productivity, quality, cost, and overall operational performance.
Position Location
This position is an on-site role within Vishay Mexico operations, supporting multiple manufacturing locations and leading strategic continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity,



quality, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
What you will be doing
Lead the deployment of Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, cost, and operational performance.
Identify and prioritize process improvement, waste reduction, and resource optimization opportunities through data analysis and operational assessments.
Lead Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and structured problem-solving projects across the organization.
Develop and maintain KPIs, balanced scorecards, dashboards, and management control systems to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
Lead Methods & Standards activities, including time studies, labor standards, productivity measurement, and performance analysis.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and supporting functions to implement sustaina
