About this Position
The Sales Controller Sr. acts as the key Finance Business Partner for the Sales Operations function, driving gross-to-net management, commercial control, and financial transparency. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and governance of sales allowances, discounts, rebates, customer investments, and commercial agreements. The position provides financial analysis, business insights, and strategic recommendations to support decision-making, profitability, business performance, and compliance with corporate standards.
Additionally, the Sales Controller Sr. leads the Customer & Pricing Master Data team, ensuring data integrity, accurate pricing structures, and reliable commercial information across the organization.

What you´ll do
Lead the financial management of sales discounts, rebates, allowances, and customer investments, ensuring accurate forecasting, accruals, reporting, and reconciliation processes.
Own the monthly financial close for commercial spending,



validating financial accuracy and compliance with corporate accounting guidelines.
Monitor gross-to-net performance and identify risks and opportunities that impact profitability.
Provide financial analysis and actionable insights to support commercial strategies and business decision-making.
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to enhance business performance and financial visibility.
Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reporting tools to monitor commercial investments and profitability.
Conduct ROI, pricing, margin, and profitability analyses to optimize customer and channel performance.
Evaluate trade promotion effectiveness and recommend improvements to maximize return on investment.
Support annual budgeting, forecasting cycles, and strategic planning initiatives.
