A Brief Overview

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the Financial Reporting Supervisor will oversee the transformation of the Company's accounting data into high-quality executive financial reports while ensuring compliance with local, regional, and integral corporate regulations. This role involves supervising the Financial Reporting team, managing the monthly financial close process, coordinating financial planning and consolidation efforts,



and providing strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making and compliance requirements.

What You'll Do

Structure and prepare monthly financial packages including Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow statements in executive formats required by management
Supervise and coordinate the Financial Reporting team to ensure timely and accurate completion of all financial reporting deliverables
Capture and report Financial Packages into the Company's Global platforms, ensuring compliance with Regional deadlines
Investigate, document, and communicate fluctuations between Actual figures versus Budget and prior periods to management
Validate that processes and controls comply with internal control frameworks (such as SOX) and corporate governance requirements
Design, distribute, and consolidate annual budget templates and monthly/quart
