POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Partnership Sales
Manager to build and scale a revenue-generating partner ecosystem across the
Americas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR Tech, EOR, PEO, payroll,
or related industries, with proven experience identifying,



developing, and
closing opportunities through strategic partnerships, affiliate channels, and
reseller relationships.

This role will be responsible for expanding RemotePeople’s partner network,
generating pipeline, driving revenue through partner-led channels, and
developing long-term relationships with key ecosystem players. The successful
candidate will leverage their existing network and partnership expertise to
accelerate growth across the Americas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Build and execute a partnership strategy to create a scalable,
revenue-generating partner ecosystem across the Americas.
* Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners including PEOs, payroll
providers, HR Tech platforms, recruitment agencies, and consulting firms.
* Leverage existing industry networks to generate new business opportunities
and accelerate pipeline growth.
