To support the continued growth of our Mexican operations, we are looking for an experienced Finance Director who will lead the local finance organization and act as a strategic business partner to both local and general leadership teams.
This is a key leadership position with significant impact on business performance, operational excellence, and future growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead all Finance activities including Controlling, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Financial Planning, and Reporting.
Define and execute the finance strategy in alignment with local and global business objectives.
Drive the transformation and continuous improvement of finance processes, systems, and internal controls.
Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.




Review and analyze Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements for Actuals, Forecasts, and Budgets.
Monitor business performance and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and Group policies.
Develop and implement cost control initiatives to improve profitability and efficiency.
Manage treasury activities, liquidity planning, financing, and banking relationships.
Support strategic projects including SAP roll-outs, IFRS implementation, and reporting improvements.
Build, coach, develop, and mentor a high-performing finance team.
Collaborate closely with plant management, regional leadership, and global stakeholders.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's Degree, MBA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
