Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain data accurately across multiple business systems.
Verify that information is complete, accurate, and properly entered into the appropriate systems.
Compare records between systems and report discrepancies to the appropriate team.
Perform routine data validation to ensure records remain consistent and up to date.
Execute manual data updates and corrections as instructed.
Process bulk data updates following established procedures.
Monitor scheduled data imports and notify the appropriate team if records are missing or incomplete.
Confirm that data has been successfully synchronized between systems.
Maintain organized records of completed updates and data corrections.
Respond to internal requests for data updates and corrections.
Follow established procedures and data entry standards to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Escalate system issues or recurring data inconsistencies to the appropriate team when needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
1–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar operational roles.
SQL Experience.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management ski
