The role helps build an engineering discipline that combines software and systems knowledge to develop solutions for technology operations problems. The role focuses on service stability, incident triage, service restoration, stakeholder communication, infrastructure reliability, and automation-led reduction of operational toil.

The Role
Responsibilities:
Monitor and support production services, responding to incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
Perform initial triage using logs, monitoring, and data checks; identify likely causes and implement workarounds or fixes within scope.
Coordinate recovery activities with engineering, infrastructure, network, and vendor teams.
Escalate high-severity incidents to the Production Support Lead or Major Incident Manager.
Provide timely and accurate updates on impact, recovery progress, and next steps to stakeholders.
Contribute to root cause analysis and post-incident reviews, capturing actions to prevent recurrence.
