Maison Margiela is a Paris-based fashion house founded in 1988 by Belgian designer Martin Margiela. John Galliano was named Creative Director of the house in 2014, bringing his sense of spectacle and creative mastery to the unique ethos of Maison Margiela. The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales and profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This role leads all aspects of store operations, including clienteling, team development, merchandise execution, and cost control. The Store Manager is proactive in identifying business opportunities, optimizing processes, and responding to changing market trends.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and implement regular action plans in cooperation with the Retail Manager to develop sales for each product category and clientele (both local and tourist).
Achieve financial objectives by proposing action plans and being able to adapt quickly and effectively to any situation.
Plan and implement daily and monthly sales objectives.
Maintain momentum towards the long-term strategy despite short-term pressures, while developing strategic plans to achieve the long-term goals of the store and the organization.
Support and manage omnichannel activities, ensuring full compliance with corporate standards and guidelines.
