Position Summary




The Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing commercial data, CRM processes, reporting capabilities, and sales force effectiveness initiatives. This role will support the commercial organization by ensuring data integrity, generating actionable insights, streamlining processes, and providing the tools and training necessary to maximize field force performance.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage healthcare professional and pharmacy master data, including additions, updates, and deletions.
Configure, administer, and support the company's CRM platform.
Develop, analyze, and distribute performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor Sales Force effectiveness.
Identify and implement process automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Manage and control sample distribution and promotional materials within the CRM system.
