Part of Randox Laboratories Ltd, Randox Toxicology and Food Diagnostics are dedicated to advancing forensic, clinical and workplace toxicology. Our toxicology products aim is to minimise laboratory workflow constraints whilst maximising the scope of quality drug detection, with our food diagnostic range test on food products to ensure their quality, safety, and compliance with regulations. With the launch of new products including the ToxPlex and Clinical MultiSTAT panels, Randox Toxicology want to increase our presence in the Mexican market.

We have a career opportunity for a Product & Sales Specialist, based in Mexico City.

Location: Mexico City – This is a field based sales role with regular travel required throughout Mexico.

Contract Offered: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours / Shifts:



40 hours per week. Monday to Friday from 08.40 to 17.20.

What does this role involve?

This role is responsible for strengthening Randox’s regional commercial operations, improving customer experience and supporting the continued growth of the business. The main duties of the role include:

Support the sales team to maintain service quality, drive sales performance and ensure product expertise is consistently available across all customer interactions.
Provide daily administrative and operational support to the sales team and customers, including both distributors and end users.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, offering clear and accurate product information.
Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge of both Randox analyser and current test panels, including key selling messages.
Conduct research into competitor activity and provide accurate competitor informat
