As a Content Creator at VIVA/Pacific Workers’, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing a wide range of content to engage our target audience. You'll play a vital role in shaping our brand's narrative and ensuring our content is impactful and consistent.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business goals and target audience interests.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and more.
- Editorial Calendar: Create and manage an editorial calendar to plan content production and distribution.
- Content Optimization: Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and organic reach.
- Audience Engagement: Foster audience engagement and conversation through content and social media.-
- Analytics:



Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data insights.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a creative flair.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in design and multimedia tools is a plus.
