- Knowledge of applicable customs laws and regulations
- Very good English skills (speaking & writing) Able to work in international team
- Proven experience in customs clearance formalities / import-export MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good organizational, cooperation and time management skills Extensive knowledge of foreign trade & compliance matters
- Experience with IT spare parts supply chain will be an asset
**Your Tasks**:
- Working together with customs brokers/agents in various countries (import handling)
- Ensuring compliance with all customs regulations,
required certificates and reports for import processes around the world
- Contacting with customs brokers/offices in case of escalation
- Preparation of complex export and import documentation
- Calculation of duty and import tax
- Improving and maintaining customs process
- Dealing with different Incoterms, transport orders and analysis
