**What will you be doing?**
- Work within the Finance team and collaborates with sales and our logistics support team.
- Capture and add vendor invoices to our Transportation Management System.
- Processes, confirms accuracy, uploads documents to our system and works proactively to analyze and resolve discrepancies.
- This position is vendor-facing and requires the ability to communicate effectively with vendors, coworkers, and management.

Who you are:_**
- At least 6 months of Accounts Payable experience
- 6 months of experience in a management position
- Fluent English Skills
- Ability to multi-task and perform several duties at one time
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, employees, and management
